Thank you for choosing ZAYFO. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of food products, all items are non-returnable once delivered. Orders, once shipped, cannot be canceled, and opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your request, a proper unboxing video is mandatory, clearly showing the sealed package being opened without any cuts or edits. You are also required to provide your order details along with clear photos of the product.

After verification of your claim, we will offer a replacement or a refund. Replacement orders will be delivered within 5–6 working days, and refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Please note that claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and we reserve the right to reject any request that does not comply with our policy. A valid proof of purchase is required for all refund or replacement requests.
